What We Accomplished.

A family wanted a screen porch in which to retreat and that would allow them to enjoy their wooded backyard with many of the comforts of an interior room.

The screen porch addition has a tile floor that is cool on bare feet in the summer, a stained wood v-groove ceiling which is insulated to reduce summer heat gain, and a fireplace to extend the use of the room into the spring and fall. Bret served as project architect for this project while employed by Dixon Weinstein Architects, PA, now Weinstein Friedlein Architects.
